2. Nature of Business — Dropshipping / Print-on-Demand Model

The Yogi Society operates on a dropshipping / print-on-demand business model. To ensure full transparency with our customers, please note the following:

  • The Yogi Society designs, curates, and owns all artwork, graphics, and creative designs featured on our products. All designs are original creative work conceived and created by The Yogi Society/HSLStudios OPC Pvt Ltd.
  • The Yogi Society does not manufacture, print, or physically handle any products. We act solely as a facilitator/intermediary between our customers and our third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partner.
  • All products sold on this Site are manufactured, printed, and fulfilled by Qikink (our third-party print-on-demand manufacturing and fulfillment partner), based on the designs supplied by The Yogi Society.
  • Upon a customer placing an order on this Site, the order details and approved design are forwarded to Qikink, who then manufactures, packs, and ships the product directly to the customer.
  • As The Yogi Society does not physically manufacture or inspect each unit prior to dispatch, matters relating to manufacturing quality, print execution, material quality, packaging, and dispatch timelines are governed by the production standards and processes of our fulfillment partner, Qikink. The Yogi Society coordinates with Qikink to address and resolve any such issues raised by customers, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • This business model allows The Yogi Society to focus on original design, brand curation, and customer experience, while production and logistics are handled by our specialized manufacturing partner.

5. Role of Manufacturing/Fulfillment Partner (Qikink)

  • Qikink is an independent, third-party print-on-demand manufacturing and fulfillment company, not owned, operated, or controlled by The Yogi Society or HSLStudios OPC Pvt Ltd.
  • Qikink is responsible for manufacturing, printing, quality control, packaging, and shipping of orders placed through this Site, based on specifications and designs provided by The Yogi Society.
  • The Yogi Society acts as the customer-facing brand and point of contact, and works with Qikink to resolve any product or delivery issues in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
  • This disclosure is made in the interest of transparency and does not reduce the responsibility of The Yogi Society toward its customers for order fulfillment, customer service, and resolution of genuine complaints, as outlined in our official policies.
