Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website and Services operated by The Yogi Society ("we," "us," "our," "the Society"). By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Who We Are

The Yogi Society is a direct-to-consumer apparel brand based in Mumbai, India, offering spiritual streetwear inspired by dharma, devotion, astrology/numerology, and yoga/wellness. Our store is powered by Shopify.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Our Services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly sell to or collect information from minors.

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Products & Print-on-Demand Disclosure

All products are made to order using print-on-demand (POD) methods. Because each garment is produced specifically for you upon order, minor variations in colour, print placement, fabric texture, and sizing may occur between what is shown online and the finished product.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. We make reasonable efforts to display colours and designs accurately, but actual appearance may vary depending on your device display.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue designs, or modify product specifications at any time without prior notice.
Nothing on this website constitutes religious, spiritual, medical, financial, or astrological advice. Designs referencing deities, symbols, mantras, or dharmic concepts are offered as artistic and devotional fashion expression, created with respect and intended to be worn respectfully.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways integrated via Shopify. We do not store your full payment card details.
Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully authorized.
In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India (and internationally, where stated at checkout).
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and on order confirmation emails; these are estimates only and not guaranteed, as POD production and courier timelines can vary.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided by you.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, taste, or change of mind, except as required by law.
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Claims must be raised within [X days] of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence, by contacting harkkiratsingghlall@gmail.com.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, graphics, logos, the brand name "The Yogi Society," the tagline "Rooted in Dharma," and all website content are the property of The Yogi Society or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our prior written consent.
Any devotional, mythological, or traditional imagery interpreted in our original artwork is used respectfully and for artistic/cultural expression; our specific illustrations and design compositions remain our proprietary work.
Purchasing a product grants you the right to wear and personally use that product — it does not grant you any rights to the underlying artwork or design.

9. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data;
Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes on the rights of others;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website or servers;
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our permission;

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access for violations of this section.

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to us (including via social media tags), you grant The Yogi Society a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes, with attribution where reasonably practicable. You confirm that any content you submit is your own original work and does not infringe on third-party rights.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as Shopify, payment processors, and shipping partners). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your use of such third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
